Admission to Dental PG Programme (MDS) for the academic year 2021-22 by DGHS/MCC

Instructions for Admission (NEET PG 2021)

MDS Program

As per the notification published by DGHS, New Delhi on dated 29thSeptember2021, candidates allotted into MDS Program at Institute of Dental Sciences (IDS) Siksha O Anusandhan Deemed to be university, Bhubaneswar, Odisha are required to report as per the following schedule:

2nd Round Timings/ Schedule for reporting:

From 16th to 20th October 2021 (9.00 AM to 5.00 PM). Institute will be open for admission on 17th October (Sunday), 2021.
The Candidates are required to report physically for document verification and admission.

Venue for Reporting:

IDS Auditorium (2nd Floor), Institute of Dental Sciences (IDS), K-8, Kalinga Nagar, Ghatikia, Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

The following documents are required for Reporting & verification by the College authorities:

  1. DGHS Confirmation Letter/ Allotment Letter

  2. NBE/NEET Admit card (Original)

  3. NEET Result/Rank Letter issued by NBE

  4. All original mark sheets & Pass certificates of class 10th and 12th.

  5. BDS Degree Certificate/Provisional Certificate.

  6. BDS mark sheet all year

  7. Internship Completion Certificate/Certificate from the Head of Institution or College that the candidate shall complete the Internship by 31st March, of the year of admission.

  8. Permanent / provisional Registration Certificate issued by DCI / State Dental Council. Provisional Registration Certificate is acceptable only in cases where candidate is undergoing internship and likely to complete the same on or before 31st March of the year of admission.

  9. High School/Higher Secondary Certificate/Birth Certificate as proof of date or birth.

  10. CLC/Conduct /Migration certificate in original.

  11. Aadhaar Card of the Candidate.

  12. PAN Card

  13. Supportive documents for NRI Category (For NRI Seats Only) as per MCC guideline

The Candidate should bring the following certificates, if applicable

  • SC/ST Certificate issued by the competent authority and should be in English or Hindi language. Sub caste should be clearly mentioned in the certificate.

  • OBC certificate issued by the competent authority. The sub-caste should tally with the Central List of OBC. The OBC candidates should not belong to Creamy Layer. The OBC certificate must be in the format as mentioned in the prospectus.

  • Disability Certificate issued from a duly constituted and authorized Medical Board for 21 Benchmark Disabilities as per the Rights of Persons with Disability Act,2016. No other PwD certificate, issued by any other Authorities/ Hospital will be entertained.

Course Fees (To be paid during admission):

  • Amount to be paid at the time of Admission (Rs): 1st year tuition fee.

  • The Amount of Fee to be deducted on reallocation of seat to the candidates in 2nd/3rd round of Counseling: Rs.20,000/-

  • The amount of fees to be reimbursed in case candidate resigns during or after Stray Vacancy Round of counseling: The full course fee amount will be forfeited

A/C rooms with common bathroom

  • ·Two   bedded room - Rs. 1,20,000/- Per annum

  • Three   bedded room - Rs. 90,000 /-Per annum

A/C rooms with attached bathroom (2BHK)

  • Single   sharing - Rs. 2,40,000 /- Per annum

  • Double sharing - Rs. 1,50,000 /- Per annum

A/C rooms with attached bathroom(1BHK)

  • Single   sharing - Rs. 1,80,000 /- Per annum

  • Double sharing - Rs. 1,20,000 /- Per annum

Non-A/C rooms with common bathroom

  • Two/three   bedded room - Rs. 48,000 /- Per Annum

Non-A/C rooms with attached bathroom (2 BHK/ 1 BHK)

  • Single   sharing - Rs. 1,00,000 /- Per Annum

  • Double sharing - Rs. 75,000 /- Per Annum
