Stray Vacancy Round - Dental Admissions 2020

FOR UNFILLED SEATS SURRENDERED TO THE UNIVERSITY BY DGHS/MCC

Eligible candidates will have to register on the MCC portal (www.mcc.nic.in) to participate in the said round of Counselling for BDS after paying the requisite Counselling Fees and the Candidates who are already register do not have to register again.

Bansuri Guru Auditorium, Campus 1, Institute of Technical Education & Research, Jagamara, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India

Eligibility for final Stray Vacancy Round:

  1. Candidates Name and Roll No. listed in the list published in MCC website, for 3rd Stray Vacancy round.

  2. Only the candidate & one parent will be allowed into the counselling hall.

  3. No request will be entertained for change of date and time of counseling. The candidate who do not turn-up for counseling at the prescribed time and date, will forfeit their candidature for counseling/admission.

  4. Only those candidates who are physically present along with the Registration slip generated at MCC portal for counseling-cum-admission and fulfill all the prescribed eligibility criteria prescribed by the MCC/NMC/DCI will be considered for admission on merit basis, in the order of NEET UG-2020 All-India Rank.

  5. If any candidate fails either to produce the required certificates (in original) or make payment of the specified tuition fee and other fees, he/she will not be considered for counseling-cum- admission.

Document Required:

The following original documents are to be submitted for verification during Counseling:

  1. Registration Slip of the eligible Candidate for Stray Vacancy round generated at MCC Student Login portal.

  2. NEET Rank card

  3. All original Mark Sheets & Certificates class 10thonwards.

  4. NEET Admit card

  5. CLC/Conduct / Migration certificate in original.

  6. Aadhaar Card of the Candidate.

  7. 02 sets of photocopy of all mark sheets & certificates.

  8. 05 no.s of recent passport size color photograph.

Fee Structure:

A.      Tuition Fees

  • BDS (For Management Seats):  Rs. 5.50 lakhs per Annum

B.      Other Fees

  • Institute Caution Money (one time and refundable)- Rs 5,000/-

  • Hostel fee -Rs 48,000/- p.a.

  • Hostel caution money- Rs 5,000/- one time and refundable

  • Mess- Rs 36,000/- per annum

  • The candidate has to report physically in formal dress for the final admission.

IMPORTANT NOTE: ·        

  • The NEET 2020 All India Rank will be verified at the CBSE Results website.

  • The candidate Rank, Roll No and Name must appear in DGHS/MCC published final list for Stray Vacancy round

  • Only the candidate & one parent will be allowed into the counselling hall. 

  • The candidature will be forfeited and cancelled if any candidate is absent at counseling in the given date and time and cannot claim for a seat in future.
