As per the notification published by DGHS, New Delhi on dated 19th March 2019, candidates allotted into MS/MD Programme at Institute of Medical Sciences & Sum Hospital(IMS & SH), and for MDS Programme at Institute of Dental Sciences (IDS) Siksha O Anusandhan Deemed to be university, Bhubaneswar, Odisha are required to report as per the following schedule :

Reporting Date, Time and Venue

Reporting Date & Time : From 13th April to 22nd April , 2019 (9.00 AM to 5.00 PM)

Reporting Venue for MS/MD Programme : Dean’s Office, Institute of Medical Sciences & Sum Hospital (IMS &SH), K-8, Kalinga Nagar, Ghatikia, Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

Reporting Venue for MDS Programme : Dean’s Office, Institute of Dental Sciences (IDS), K-8, Kalinga Nagar, Ghatikia, Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

Document Required

The following original documents are to be submitted for verification during Counseling:

• DGHS Confirmation Letter

• NEET Hall Ticket/ Admit card (Original)

• NEET Rank card

• All original mark sheets & Pass certificates of class 10th and 12th.

• MBBS/BDS Degree/ Provisional Certificate

• MBBS/BDS mark sheet all year

• Internship Completion Certificate

• Updated Medical / Dental Registration Certificate

• CLC/Conduct / Migration certificate in original.

• Aadhaar Card of the Candidate.

• 2 sets of photocopy of all above documents.

• 5 nos of recent passport size colour photograph.

Fee Structure

Course Fees (to be paid during Admission):

• Amount to be paid at the time of Admission (Rs) : 1st year tution fee

• The Amount of Fee to be deducted on reallocation of seat to the candidates in 2nd/3rd round of Counseling  : Rs.30,000/-

• The amount of fees to be reimbursed in case candidate resigns during or after Stray Vacancy Round of counselling : The full course fee amount will be forfeited

Non AC double room : Rs. 60,000/-
AC double room : Rs. 1,00,000/-
AC single room : Rs. 2,00,000/-
Mess fee - Rs 36,000/- per annum(One Time)

Made in shape of Demand Draft (DD) drawn from any nationalized bank  in favour of “SIKSHA ‘O’ ANUSANDHAN UNIVERSITY”, payable at Bhubaneswar. Separate DD for Admission fee (including Institute caution money), hostel and mess fee.
