Notice for M.Sc, M.Tech, B.Tech, DD, MCA (2018 & 2019 passout batch students to be present in the Graduation Ceremony
The fee for the Degree Certificate can be paid online to the account as mentioned in the Application Form. Cash, Card Payment or Demand Draft can be deposited in the Account Section, ITER.
The Gown for the Graduation day can be collected from the respective department on payment of Rs. 500/- (Refundable)
The candidates are required to return the gown to the concerned departments after the completion of the Graduation Ceremony and collect the deposited Rs. 500/-.
The duly filled Application Form can be deposited in the Respective Departments while collecting the Gown.
Graduation Day Schedule - 2nd November, 2019
All Alumni are requested to report to their respective department from 8.00 AM to 12.00 NOON for collecting gown and submission of Registration form.
Lunch for all degree recipients in respective department at 12.30 PM.
Reporting for Graduation day ceremony at Bansuri Guru Auditorium Convocation Hall (2nd Floor), ITER from 2.00 PM onward.
Arrival of Guests at 2.45 PM
Degree distribution starts at 3.15 PM till completion.
Ceremony ends with High Tea
Note
Alumni are requested to have their ID Proof.
Alumni have to deposit Rs. 1000/- for degree certificate.
Alumni needs to deposit the Registration form in Respective Department.
